Everything about this program that Jamison created is pure fire. He takes just a small portion of his incredible knowledge and breaks down this program to help you create a better you both mentally and physically. One week in and I can feel a difference. I can’t imagine my results when I’m finished. Program is pure fire! I can not recommend enough. If I could go higher than 5 stars I would.
