It is affordable and the exercises are challenging but still very doable for a beginner like myself.

I love the way that it’s put together, rolling video, couple with the tracking. Fantastic

Felt good to be comfortably pushed as I ease into strength training. Kids were around and on top of me when I was on the ground but they are watching me and trying to mimic me. It’s easier than expected to workout with kids.
