Lower Body Builder is a structured 3-day gym-based lower body program designed to help you build strength, size, and balance through intentional. There is a clear purpose behind every session.
You’ll train lower body 3 times per week, with each session having a distinct focus:
• Heavy lower body day with an emphasis on quad-dominant strength work
• Posterior-focused day targeting glutes and hamstrings (and of course I had to throw in calves)
• Accessory & volume-based day designed to improve balance, stability, and overall lower body conditioning
Each session is designed to complement the others, allowing you to train hard while managing overall fatigue across the week.
Every workout includes:
• Specific exercises
• Clear set and rep ranges
• RPE (effort level) targets
• Tempo guidelines
This structure allows you to train with intention, focus on progressive overload over time, and build strength by showing up consistently.
Lower Body Builder is a gym-based program using barbells, machines, cables, and free weights. It’s best suited for lifters with some training experience who want a clear, organised lower body plan that can be run alongside upper-body or full-body training.
