I love the community aspect of the challenge. I like when we all encourage other it truly helps. My only suggestion would be to have alternative excercises already posted for ppl like myself who can’t lift their own body weight because everyone is at different levels. But I have seen results already and I will be getting other products from her

I wish we could add work outs that we do extra also don’t like that you only give one type of machine to use I.e smith bs squat rack or hip thrust machine vs hip thrust on rack or smith because not every gym has the same equipment

I love the fact that she is a REAL PERSON, And what I mean by that is she was a heavier lady and lost weight. That is truly what showed me that I could really do it. And when I tell you the In person class was really WORKOUT!! I WAS WORN OUT by the end. Really hope she does another because I will surely be there. I will definitely keep pushing.
