Hey, I’m Jordan! I’m a NASM-certified personal trainer, and I’ve been lifting since I was 15, originally conditioning for highly competitive sports. That’s where everything started for me and where I built my foundation in discipline, consistency, and pushing myself. As I got older, I kept weightlifting in my routine and started taking it more seriously in college. It became a big part of my life, not just for performance, but for staying healthy, building my physique, and feeling like myself. Now at 25, I have over 10 years of experience in weightlifting, and I’ve learned a lot through trial and error along the way. I’m really excited to share everything I’ve learned over the years so you don’t have to make the same mistakes I did!
