Too Busy 4-Week Challenge
I loved every second of Kaitlin's program!! The length of the individual workouts makes the program really accessible and realistic to stick to. The progressions from week to week are definitely manageable and you really notice your own progress. I'm really proud of myself and everyone in the community for finishing the program, and I'm thankful to Kaitlin for creating this program and such a supporting and overall warm and welcoming community <3

Okay, the workout program is more than I ever imagined. I really look forward to my workouts and I am loving every second of it. Kaitlin is just the BOMB! She's such a a great trainer. The app itself is awesome and it works great. I hope she keeps using it and she keeps making these types of programs as I am excited for the next one!!!
