Hi, I'm Kat! A little bit about me...I grew up in sports and fitness. I was a rhythmic gymnastics from the time I was a baby up until high school, my mom was a coach. I played water polo and did swim in high school, then moved on to the gym until I had my first child. I was at home so much with my baby, I was forced to workout at home. I decided to start posting my workouts to Instagram to try and help people in the same situation as me. I focus on quick and effective workouts, 20-30 min per day. I do a lot of full body workouts because for those that can workout 2-4 days per week, they can target all muscle groups by doing full body workouts. I also love sharing health and fitness tips. I am a registered nurse and I’m currently working on my CPT certification.
