Hi, I'm Kerrin and I’ve been on my fitness journey for over 25 years—long before fancy apps, complicated routines, or trendy shortcuts. I started with VHS workouts in my living room: Tae Bo, Denise Austin, Jane Fonda, Richard Simmons, Winsor Pilates, and even old-school yoga tapes (yes… I’m that old 😄).
