I love the format of this app! To have the workouts with weights and without has been amazing. I love that I can leave the video on repeat while I do a move, and that I can track my weights right into the workout itself. Having the workouts for forever is so great, because I definitely plan on coming back and doing these more than once! For someone who really is a visual learner, this app is amazing, and I love that most of the moves have a front and side view. Would be nice to have a larger view of the clock/timer during the workouts to keep track during the workout. It would be nice for the app to translate to a fitness watch (i.e. Apple Watch) to help with keeping track too but I know that’s probably more complicated

I have done several different platforms for workouts looking for accountability and something to keep me interested/challenged - Kelsey’s workouts have been all of that plus more! I love the workouts, the accountability with others, and how engaged she is. At first I wasn’t sure how much I would like that the workout wasn’t just a 30-45 min video of Kelsey working out “with me”, but I have really loved being able to speed up the workout by less rest time in between OR slowing down the workout by taking longer breaks (or helping a kiddo with something 😉). Would recommend to any mama, women, etc. looking for challenging workouts, while getting an engaged, supportive community!

The format and the way this program and each workout is laid our is extremely easy to follow. It takes you step by step and explains each move, circuit, set, ect. The program allows you to work at your own physical level while the workouts themselves really push you which i love. I have done some programs before that just don't feel like they push you enough or your not sure how to take it to the next level. With this there's no guess work and it helps you build your strength over time!! This is challenging but super fun. Also the community you get along with it is AMAZING.
