Perfect for me! I just started dental hygiene school and don’t have a ton of time for my workouts. These take me around 30-45 minutes and it’s been a game changer!

I workout in a public gym so I just changed the circuits to groups, such as run 1x do 2 exercises for 4x because the areas get so busy if I keep leaving and returning. I changed forward lunges to reverse lunges because my knees are not as good as they once were or ever been (:

Currently in week 2 of the 6-week challenge. So far I am super happy that I purchased this guide! The variety in the workouts is great and so fun as well! Each day I am excited to head to the gym and start with a new workout! I have been really pushing myself and can’t wait to see the results in 5 weeks.

For me personally with a knee cyst, too many of the same movements in one workout. It felt repetitive for my knee so it started to really ache especially by the jumping lunges at the end. Definitely a solid sweaty circuit for someone who isn’t injured though!
