This program is absolutely amazing and has been a great way to start the New Year. I love the different workouts & love that there is a dedicated day for cardio and abs. I can’t wait to see how my body changes after these 4 weeks.

I’m really enjoying the JanYOUary fitness challenge—it’s so well-designed and thought out! The workouts are all fantastic, and I love how they’re split to target every part of the body while including core-focused exercises. One of my favorite features is how it shows what you’ve lifted compared to real-world items—it’s such a fun and motivating touch! Laila is always so quick to respond in the community chat, offering support and sending motivational messages that really keep everyone encouraged and connected!
