Overall, I really enjoy the program — it’s well-balanced and thoughtfully structured. However, I think it would be very helpful to include at least some guidance on how the weights should feel, especially by the final set. Maybe a general note like “last few reps should feel challenging but doable” or estimated ranges depending on experience level — beginner, intermediate, or advanced. Sometimes it’s hard to start a workout not knowing which dumbbell to grab or what to expect in terms of intensity. Even a small reference would make a big difference and help build more confidence in weight selection.

I really enjoyed the experience and this group was exactly what I was looking for even as a man. I wanted to be sculpted and am shocked at the before and after photos. I loved the build up all over my body unlike most male bodybuilders that just want to get as big of a chest and arms as possible which is not the look I am after being only 5 feet 6 inches tall I think that look makes me look stalky in clothes. My overall body is toned and I love it! I do which there were some modifications or cautions for exercises that might be hard on the knees or lower back but I am still one happy camper and loved this challenge so freaking much. I now love the gym!

Perfectly clean layout of the booklet. It is not full of overwhelming information that can sometimes throw you off course… I understand reason being it is a booklet and not a book. Therefore, it has the most important information you need to focus on and short enough you can reread over and over.

The layout of the program is perfectly organized. The videos are very clear and her voiceovers are easy to understand and follow. The speed is quick whether you are switching from video to video or back to a different day which makes utilizing this app effortless… seamless flow! I’m loving it!

The app is really good and the community is amazing. The videos so help a lot when you don’t know what your doing. Maybe it would be good to advise if it’s suitable for beginners or not. For Novis it’s a little hard to understand when you should you be using weights, how many sets of nothing is mentioned and trying to remember what the gym language is. However, this being said I’m on my 3rd week and loving it.

I absolutely love the whole break down and letting us know what to expect throughout the whole program. My only complaint would be that there needs to be more details on form and different variations for us to do at home. This will help beginners and people with injuries. I'm barely recovering from shoulder impingement and hip imbalance along with me having scoliosis and fibromyalgia. Luckily I have the knowledge and experience to know what to do and what not to do but it would have been nice to learn new things.
