Wednesday - Glutes & Quads
Thursday - Shoulders & Abs
Friday - Rest
Saturday - Glutes

To keep you focused, challenged, and progressing, the program is divided into 4 targeted phases:
WEEKS 1-3 Strength Foundation (Intensity)
Establish your starting point — focus is on form, ROM (Range Of Motion) and progressive overload.
WEEKS 4-6 Hypertrophy (Volume)
Gradually increase volume to build muscle and develop shape with strategic programming.
WEEKS 7-9 Shape
New training techniques are incorporated to the workouts that combine strength and hypertrophy to make the most out of our workouts - and results.
WEEKS 10-12 Sculpt
Focus is on ROM (Range Of Motion) and MTMC (Mind To Muscle Connection) , intensity is decreased, volume is increased and exercises are more isolated targeting specific body muscles.
You’ll also get strategies I personally use to recover faster, sleep better, and stay focused. Plus, I’ll share motivational hacks and consistency techniques that will keep you on track!
