Hi, I'm Sara! I started my journey 10 years ago as a girl who was insecure about her body but confident in her abilities. Along the way, there was doubt, discouragement, and stress… but never giving up. I chose to trust the process, to learn as much as I possibly could, and to push myself—both when I felt motivated and when I didn’t. My body has changed A LOT. Not only am I stronger now—I feel stronger. Not only am I more capable—I believe in my own capability. Because you can’t train your body without also shaping your mind. With the experience gained over these 10 years, I designed this 12-week program, the one I’ve been following for the past years. Every single day is planned in detail, and it 100% works when you follow it consistently.
