A lot of what I teach comes from my own experience.
For years, I believed the answer was more. More workouts. More restriction. More pressure. More discipline. And while that approach would sometimes create short-term results, it almost always left me feeling exhausted, frustrated, and disconnected from my body.
The biggest shift happened when I stopped asking, "How can I do more?" and started asking, "How can I make this sustainable?"
That question changed how I trained, how I ate, how I spoke to myself, and eventually how I felt in my body.

THE 3 M METHOD™
MOVEMENT
The movement portion of this program combines strength training, Pilates-inspired movement, mobility, and recovery work to help you build strength, improve body awareness, and move with greater confidence.
You'll train 5 days per week through a combination of:
• Lower body strength
• Upper body strength
• Core-focused sessions
• Pilates-inspired sculpt workouts
• Mobility and recovery flows
Days 1–3 include beginner and advanced options, along with additional coaching and movement breakdowns so you can learn proper form, alignment, and technique as you move through the program.

You can absolutely do this program with just your bodyweight.
If you want to elevate it a bit, I recommend:
• Pilates ball (highly recommended)

• Light dumbbells (2–8 lbs for upper body)
