one of my all time favorite workout programs. everything was so detailed and structured in a way that’s easy to follow along. it also let me feel like i could still live my life while locking in at the gym. thank you lindsey!!!

I have been loving the Thiccmas Challenge. It is totally realistic for what I can fit into my schedule. There is an adequate amount of workouts and rest time, which I really appreciate. The workouts are so fun. Lindsey is very active during the challenge, which has been nice as well.

I think you should voice over some important cues when performing an exercise. The visuals were okay, but I think it would’ve been helpful to have a verbal explanation as well!
