This was my first challenge and I'm so proud I was able to stick to it for the full 6 weeks. Everything was the perfect amount of challenging and was the perfect push to really give me the extra shred I was looking for, that was hard to get on my own. This challenge definitely got me through my plateau. I'm lifting heavier, I look leaner and I have the discipline to get through 5 workouts a week instead of 3 :) thank you Macy!!!
I had tried 75 hard and failed and felt really beaten up about it and so I was really nervous about going into this one. But I loved how this one there was a community that I could work with and communicate to keep me locked in and motivated. Over this challenge I've felt myself getting stronger and that's been the most important thing for me. I can't wait to do this challenge again and feel even stronger.
