My name is Makenna Gardner, and I am a 21 year old certified fitness coach who’s currently working on her nutrition certification, has been and wants to continue helping people worldwide kreate the body of their dreams together. I’ve always loved sports like track and basketball. I started working out because one day I looked in the mirror and I didn’t like what I seen.
