Discipline is developed by executing day by day, it's not something you can just read about or acquire in one go. These 6 weeks of high volume calisthenics will force you to go well beyond your mental limits.
This is not another program with 50 different exercises, we will be going back to doing the basics right. This means sit ups, pull ups, push ups, dips + more. This will develop athleticism you'll be able to apply to any of your future sport endeavours.
Week 1 & 2 - Getting into the groove (adapting to high volume)
Week 3 & 4 - Pushing past limits (breaking your previous PRs)
Week 5 & 6 - The next level (becoming an athlete)
REQUIREMENTS
Physical
You should be able to do each of these exercises in one set
20 push ups
5 pull ups
5 dips
If you're unable to perform these requirements you are going to likely find this program too difficult.
If these requirements look too easy to you, there will be harder variations of each workout to best suit your level.
