Overview

Phase 2 of the Masked Method Endurance Series.

Endurance II builds directly on the base developed in Phase 1. Volume remains high, but the focus shifts toward more advanced movement patterns and skill development.

The program introduces more demanding variations—shrimp squats, assisted pistol squats, straight bar dips, banded muscle-ups, and wall-supported handstands.

Requirements

It's highly recommended that you complete the Endurance I Intermediate Category first.

You should be able to do each of these exercises in one set:

  • 50 push ups

  • 20 pull ups

  • 30 dips

Equipment

  • Pull up bar

  • Resistance bands

  • Bench/elevated platform

  • (Optional) Chalk

Most calisthenics parks will have everything you need.

Perfect instructions so one can do the sets the correct way. Good differentiation between beginner and advanced participants. Videos are perfect for imitating the right movement. The community is strong, good exchanges in there. One can feel the difference. 90min with gym machines and I haven’t reached the point of muscle exhaustion as half an hours calesthenics training
