EQUIPMENT
To get the best possible results from the Bikini Blueprint Challenge, I highly recommend having access to a full gym or a well-equipped home gym. This program was designed to closely mirror how I personally trained for the stage so it includes exercises that require:
• Smith machine or squat rack
• Cable machine
• Leg extension machine
• Hip abduction machine or cables
• Dumbbells and resistance bands
•. Barbell and plates
If you’re training from home, I’ve included a modified version of the program using:
✔️ Dumbbells
✔️ Loop bands
✔️ Resistance bands with handles
✔️ Bench (preferably adjustable incline)
You’ll still get results with the home version - but to be transparent, some exercises (especially on back days) simply can’t be replicated without machines. This is an advanced training program, and I’ve chosen not to water it down with endless modifications, because I want to honor the integrity of the method and deliver stage-ready results.
If your goal is to train like a competitor, the home version will absolutely get you results - but keep in mind, they may differ from what’s possible with full gym equipment. My hope is that you’ll appreciate the intention behind this programming and feel empowered to push yourself in new ways. 💪

I am absolutely 💯 loving this program. As a 53 year old post menopausal woman the weight training has me in better shape than my 30s. I have seen better results than anything I have done.
