EQUIPMENT
To get the best possible results from the Bikini Blueprint Challenge, I highly recommend having access to a full gym or a well-equipped home gym. This program was designed to closely mirror how I personally trained for the stage so it includes exercises that require:
Smith machine or squat rack
Leg press
Cable machine
Leg extension machine
Seated hamstring/leg curl machine
Hip abduction machine or cables
Dumbbells and resistance bands
Barbell and plates
If you’re training from home, I’ve included a modified version of the program using:
✔️ Dumbbells
✔️ Loop bands
✔️ Resistance bands with handles
✔️ Bench (preferably adjustable incline)
You’ll still get results with the home version - but to be transparent, some exercises (especially on back days) simply can’t be replicated without machines. This is an advanced training program, and I’ve chosen not to water it down with endless modifications, because I want to honor the integrity of the method and deliver stage-ready results.

This was so easy to understand for anyone, so detailed and soo awesome. I fell in love with lifting doing Lift 4, and then Lift more with Joel in 2021! I had just lost 60 pounds but my body had no definition. I was unaware at the time really anything about health and fitness. I didn't realize I was actually under eating in my deficit, and overdoing cardio! I loved this program!! It gave me so much motivation and confidence with lifting. I’m hoping to add all 6 days this go around for a little more booty work. The only thing I’m tweaking during my second round is a little less upper back work. It was a little much for me and I ended up suffering from a lot of tension migraines due to my back being so tight. All in all, this is exactly what I’ve been looking for. I purchased The Plan after completing 2 rounds of All I Want For Christmas is Glutes. I'm loving the self paced programming and the explanation of each move! My only gripe is when restarting a program, the day does as incomplete but when you go to it, the sets are still marked complete. Which makes tracking difficult so you have uncheck all those boxes. A mild inconvenience but the programs are still so worth it!!

I have loved everything about this program. It is exactly what I was looking for. Great, straightforward, weightlifting programming. I really like that it is so easy to toggle between gym and home workouts, and the warm ups are included on each day. I’m going to do this workout again if it is available to me. Looking forward to their next one. My only suggestion is to be able to have alternative trackable exercises. For example, I have a shoulder issue and renegade rows are too much for my shoulder. It would be great to be able to swap it out for a different exercise or a modification.
