EQUIPMENT

To get the best possible results from Prime Time, we highly recommend access to a full gym or well-equipped home gym. This program was designed to closely mirror how we personally train when looking to build lean muscle and reduce body fat, so it includes exercises that require:

✔️ Cable machine

✔️ Seated Hamstring Curl machine

✔️ Leg extension machine

✔️ Hip abduction machine or cables

✔️ Dumbbells and resistance bands

✔️ Barbell and plates

If you’re training from home, we have included a modified version of the program using:

✔️ Resistance bands with handles

Loved this program! A couple of the home workouts were short an exercise or two compared to the same days gym workout, but once I caught on to that I was able to make adjustments so that I wasn’t missing anything. The workouts are great!!! There were a few glitches where the home move wasn’t updated and references the gym move. Also there were times I could not update the notes because they had the prior weeks info and were grayed out. In week 6 home version, what’s a reverse row? (No video or description.)

I purchased The Plan after completing 2 rounds of All I Want For Christmas is Glutes. I'm loving the self paced programming and the explanation of each move! My only gripe is when restarting a program, the day does as incomplete but when you go to it, the sets are still marked complete. Which makes tracking difficult so you have uncheck all those boxes. A mild inconvenience but the programs are still so worth it!!

I have loved everything about this program. It is exactly what I was looking for. Great, straightforward, weightlifting programming. I really like that it is so easy to toggle between gym and home workouts, and the warm ups are included on each day. I’m going to do this workout again if it is available to me. Looking forward to their next one. My only suggestion is to be able to have alternative trackable exercises. For example, I have a shoulder issue and renegade rows are too much for my shoulder. It would be great to be able to swap it out for a different exercise or a modification.

I’ve done all of the Joel workouts over the years, and I’ve completed all of Megan’s Solin workouts. When they came together for their Christmas workout on Solin and then The Plan, I knew I had to try them. Both of them are great programs. The structure, organization, and guidance notes put into these is top notch. I’ve been an athlete since I was 6 and have lifted since I was 20. What can I say that I havent already! This program has given me such freedom and control of my workouts. The Plan is well written, I love the technical guidance especially for some moves and equipment I haven’t used before!
