EQUIPMENT
To get the best possible results from Prime Time, we highly recommend access to a full gym or well-equipped home gym. This program was designed to closely mirror how we personally train when looking to build lean muscle and reduce body fat, so it includes exercises that require:
✔️ Cable machine
✔️ Seated Hamstring Curl machine
✔️ Leg extension machine
✔️ Hip abduction machine or cables
✔️ Dumbbells and resistance bands
✔️ Barbell and plates
If you’re training from home, we have included a modified version of the program using:

✔️ Resistance bands with handles
✔️ Bench (preferably adjustable incline)
You'll still get results with the home version - and unilateral training translates really well to home equipment. That said, some exercises (especially on back days) simply can't be fully replicated without machines, and we've chosen not to water those down. We built this to deliver real results.

I am absolutely 💯 loving this program. As a 53 year old post menopausal woman the weight training has me in better shape than my 30s. I have seen better results than anything I have done. The reason why I didn’t think I’d like it is because I didn’t have Joel or any super trainer telling me exactly everything I’m supposed to be doing correctly.
