Ikonic Body Recomp - 6 Week Challenge
Absolutely loving this program. So well thought out and I’m seeing progress week by week in the amount that I’m able to lift. Most movements stay the same but some accessory work switches week by week so it doesn’t get repetitive and boring, but it’s not a complete change to disturb rhythm (eg reverse lunge might be switched for walking lunges). I also love the different cardio suggestions. Definitely will be repeating this program and will be buying any other programs by Miss ikonic
