Definitely saw my results, but it just seem feasible in day to day life to be in the gym for 2+ hours so I will not be doing it again! Loved the workouts and learned a lot, but it was very exhausting balancing work and this and trying to have a social life still!

Honestly, just WOW. First, this challenge was definitely challenging. It’s exactly what I am looking for when I am dedicating 6 weeks of prioritizing my gym time to see results. I did this with three friends and we all noticed changes in our bodies with weight loss and toning even just two weeks in. Second, I thought getting through the abs would be impossible, but I was shocked at how quickly my body was able to adapt to the requirements! I already considered myself relatively fit and athletic, but now I walk around and get compliments from strangers at my physique saying how strong I look and that I’m inspiring them to get into shape.
