Roast in the oven for 12-15 minutes until the salmon is opaque and flakes easily with a fork and the leeks are tender.
While the salmon roasts, cook the chickpea pasta in a pot of boiling water according to package directions, then drain.
Flake the roasted salmon into bite-sized pieces and toss in a bowl with the cooked pasta, roasted leeks, and freshly chopped dill before serving.
