INGREDIENTS
6 oz Salmon fillet
2 cup Broccoli florets
0.5 tbsp Avocado oil
1 tbsp Coconut aminos
1 tsp Raw honey
1 tsp Toasted sesame oil
1 tsp Fresh ginger
1 clove Garlic
0.25 tsp Sea salt
0.25 tsp Black pepper
1 tsp Sesame seeds
PREPARATION
Preheat oven to 400°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, whisk together the coconut aminos, honey, toasted sesame oil, grated ginger, and minced garlic to create the glaze.
Toss the broccoli florets with avocado oil, sea salt, and black pepper on one side of the baking sheet.
Place the salmon fillet on the other side of the sheet and brush with half of the prepared glaze.
Roast for 12-15 minutes until the salmon is flaky and the broccoli is tender with crispy edges.
Drizzle the remaining glaze over the salmon and sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
