Scripture tells us that God dwells within us — that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19–20). If He dwells in us, we are called to treat our bodies accordingly. Designed for dwelling, not display.

RE:FORM applies the spiritual principles of tending a temple to the way we train. What we cultivate spiritually — discipline, order, endurance, renewal — we practice physically. Faith and fitness are not separate. What leads you spiritually shapes how you show up physically. You are always being formed. RE:FORM simply asks: by what?

Programming centers on intentional, progressively overloaded strength work — primarily lifting — supported by weekly conditioning to build endurance, capacity, and improved body composition.
