6-Week Full-Body Transformation Program
I like the community portion. However I expected that the workouts would have videos instead of written lists of positions I would have to look up and figure out what they are on my own. Being able to join one live session on zoom was great however, I would love them to be recorded so that way I could do the workouts on my own time.
