PROGRAM OVERVIEW

✅ Available for GYM or HOME (2-3x a week)

✅ Pilates days do not need the heavier weights/gym unless you plan to do your steps on the treadmill after or do not have 2 lb weights.

✅ Every other week the ab workouts, pilates upper body days and one strength day will change to keep it fun. 

✅ 5-6 workouts/week with recommendations for my busy schedule girlies

YOU WILL NEED

✅ Be able to walk for 30 minutes outside or on a treadmill.

✅ Pair of 2 lb weights

✅ Resistance bands

✅ Yoga mat

✅ Stool or escalator to stand on

✅ SMALL Pilates fit ball

✅ Gym required for 2 days out of the week

Sculpted Fall Pilates Challenge

Sivan does a great job providing support for women at all levels of Pilates. Her group chat gives us a healthy and supportive group to talk with about Pilates and so many other topics. Her videos are wonderful in the sense of providing visuals but also providing enough details that you feel like you know what you're doing and pushing us through every workout.
