I really enjoyed the quick effective workouts that targeted everything and also the community that was involved. I am a mom of 3 children and it can be hard to do a workout and this one had quick workouts and then also the community encouraged each other to complete steps or do cardio on days that we didn’t train. I would like more transverse abdominal workouts for the next challenge :)
