Hey stinky, welcome to the PROJECT SCULPT X 6WK Challenge!

I am so incredibly thrilled to have you stinks join me on this journey towards a stronger, more confident you. This program is all about embracing the bodies that God gave us and working towards our own unique fitness goals.

Over the next six weeks, we will challenge ourselves with fun and effective workouts that will help transform our bodies. The program is designed to help you burn fat, while also maintaining and growing your curves, so you can feel confident and strong in your own skin.

This journey is not just about physical transformation - it's also about building a supportive community of women who are all working towards similar goals. I encourage you to engage with your fellow Stinkies in the community chat, ask for support when you need it, and offer support to others who may be struggling. Send progress pics, check-ins, and even @ me on IG so we can support each other this summer!

Remember, this journey isn't easy, but with dedication and consistency, you can achieve the results you desire. We can do this together stink, and I'm so proud of you for taking this step at becoming the best version of yourself.
