Heartbreak, depression, and anxiety ended up being the push that I needed in 2017 to embark a fitness journey that ended up changing my life. Through discovering myself, I ended up discovering my passion for helping others. 3+ years later, that passion holds true to itself with the hundreds of women whose lives I've impacted. My goal in life is to build a black-owned fitness empire whose name holds weight in the fitness industry, while continuing to change the lives of women the same way fitness changed mine.
