Peak Athlete
Being a mom of 2 and postpartum I wanted a program that was both athletic and easy enough for my weak core. This is was absolutely perfect! It’s the prefect balance of full body with mobility and core and it’s a program I actually look forward to doing everyday! Moreover with it being only 5 days a week I never feel overwhelmed or overexerted. Can’t wait until Taylor releases more! I’m a huge fan!
