This challenge was the first step I took to align myself with my health and fitness goals and it did not disappoint. It was structured in a way that was beginner friendly, simple to follow, and just the right time frame so you don’t get overwhelmed. I lost 7 lbs the first time around and I’m once again using this challenge to reset because it yields results!! Thank you Coach Dee for providing challenges and a safe space for me to become the best version of myself!!!

Love Dee's challenges, the gym and at home options work well for my work and traveling schedule. I've seen the best results after taking a break from group X classes, the pace and accountability are very helpful!
