The New Year Better Me challenge was just what I needed to jump start the new year by taking my fitness journey to the next level ! And with our amazing captain Que giving us incredible guided workouts and daily motivation , we had just what we need to be successful. From start to finish, her energy, structure, and encouragement made such a difference in my experience and results. She is truly amazing at what she does. Que’s passion for fitness and genuine care for each person in the program really shined through and exceeded expectations!

I absolutely enjoyed using this platform to be held accountable while working towards a “Better Me”. I appreciate the feedback from Que and all the other ladies who joined the Challenge. I look forward to doing the next one!!!💕
