I’ve been following Kate on Instagram for a while now and used to try to do her basic QM (7 to 9 minutes) every morning, timing myself with my smartwatch. But now that I’m doing Kate’s 15-minute QM “live,” I’m really feeling the difference in my body—I’m even sweating a little 😉. Her instructions for the movements and breathing are really helpful.
