Honestly, I loved the march challenge, everyday I felt accomplished and challenged. Highly disappointed in the summer core rebuild. The time it takes is less than half of what you mention, very minimal workouts. When I choose intermediate it's not much different than the regular and I definitely would not categorize it as intermediate, it's more beginner than the start of the last challenge. And with a few days when I chose intermediate it gave a whole body workout, instead of the targeted area of that day. I may just go back and redo the first workout challenge because this one isn't making me feel like I've done much.

Plus, she's really motivating and gives out amazing tips on our weekly Zoom calls, especially for my particular issues. I'm totally loving this challenge. It starts off nice and easy, then gradually ramps up the intensity, which actually makes me want to push myself even harder throughout the whole thing. My lower backpain is reduced.
