Keeps me motivated.

Enjoying the challenge so far. I appreciate how all the excercises are laid out for me to complete. No guess work required.

I love the structure of the workout plans and how easy it is to follow. I love that I can toggle between gym or home workouts if I don’t have all of the equipment. Seeing all the girlies getting it in is so motivating! 10/10 🙌🏼🙌🏼💗

I like the alternate way we can work out...some of the gym exercises I can do at home because I have what it takes to complete the exercises, then I switch to home to do exercises that I don't have gym equipment for.

Loved the workout!! Feeling strong!

This bootcamp is exactly what I've been looking for. Absolutely worth it.

I am enjoying the simplicity of the workout. It is straight forward and doable.

Would love to see more core being incorporated. Especially during the first couple of weeks to work on stability.
