I have torn tendons in my shoulders so I had to pass over or try to modify some movements. It is also was a bit of a pain to have to go back and check mark all the boxes. I like the amount of of movements and the warm up and warm down are good. I am sticking with it though. I am feeling more energetic overall, so I am pleased with that!

I’ve been active my entire life. I grew up playing soccer and lacrosse, and eventually turned that passion into a career teaching physical and health education. As a certified NASM personal trainer, fitness has always been more than just a hobby — it’s part of who I am. Once I became a busy mom and career woman, I realized something had to change.
