I’ve been active my entire life. I grew up playing soccer and lacrosse, and eventually turned that passion into a career teaching physical and health education. As a certified NASM personal trainer, fitness has always been more than just a hobby — it’s part of who I am. Once I became a busy mom and career woman, I realized something had to change. I no longer had time for long gym sessions or complicated workout plans. That’s when I committed to creating effective, efficient 30-minute home workouts. Now, I help other busy women (just like me) get strong, confident, and fit without sacrificing their time.
