Welcome to my new At Home Holy Grail Glute Guide! I'm so excited and thankful that you’re to be part of your journey! I have converted my gym program exercises to an at-home version, that way the girls/guys that don't have access to a gym or prefer to workout from home can be included in my Holy Grail Glute fitness regimen.
Most of these exercises will require the use of dumbbells and a bench (or any bench-like surface you can find in your home). I'm aware most of you won't have a full gym set-up in your homes, you will probably only have a pair of dumbbells, so the way we will challenge our muscles is with an increase in our sets/reps (because we won't be able to increase the weight like you would in a gym setting).
If you happen to have a lot more equipment in your home, feel free to use progressive overload with weights as well. Regardless of your home set-up, this challenge will burn your glutes (and all of the other muscle groups) the same way my other gym programs would! I'm so excited to be able to offer this at-home version for you and like always, if you need any extra help, please feel free to reach out in the community.

I really like it! I’m a week in and I feel my glutes targeted in these exercises. I like that it works out a simple split for you to hit glues more than the typical. She encourages 7 days a week and with these exercises it makes it doable and enjoyable! I definitely think you get your moneys worth.

Hi, I'm Aimee. I've been passionate about fitness and sports for as long as I can remember. Growing up in an active household inspired me to live an active lifestyle of my own, and in high school I was the girl who went for runs almost every evening because I loved how fit and energized it made me feel. After college, I discovered weight training and quickly fell in love with the gym.
