the only thing i wish is that if ash talked about body types i have a complex body : storing body fat on the waist down. I first started of by doing the weights she recommended but i think they are too heavy on me because my muscles get bigger faster but wont lose fat as quick. i get stuck with puffy legs. Her workouts are amazing, but she is not an endomorph so having a hard time getting in tune with what works for my body in terms of weight and repetition

The structure of the program, the workouts, the user guide and meal plans.. all made by Ash, they’re great. If you’re looking for a way to rebuild your habits Ash’s LBR is what you need. I’ve been in the former program for 3 weeks which I left to join the new one… in just over 4 weeks my inflammation went down to my personal historical record, I’m building lean mass and slowly dropping my hardest last fat. AND the community is insane, you literally can get support not only from Ash but also from thousands of girls who are in your same journey… this is a kind of power and encouragement I didn’t know I needed. LBR by Ash is great investment, worth every cent for me.

I purchased this product because I wanted to try a new way to build healthy habits and achieve a healthy mindset, fitness and nutrition routine. The community aspect of this product is like nothing I’ve ever experienced before - having a community of likeminded women from around the world all sharing their progress, meals and honest feedback has been the most inspiring and motivating health journey I have ever been on. I will definitely continue to use this product as so far it’s the only approach that has kept me on track and genuinely enjoying the process.

I just started my journey with the first lean body reset, I am at the beginning of week 2. The program is challenging and pushes you out of the comfort zone. I’ve been training consistently on my own for a year now and really needed a game changer , a guide, to reach my ambitious goal. The nutrition plan has healthy options you can either copy or adjust to your preference and taste (just don’t change the quantities 😅). Also, Ash is a great community leader. She is kind and authentic and really cares about her community. Inside the community there are many many women , from different places in the world and different ages. Through the app you ask for support, show appreciation and encourage each other during the journey. It’s a program that can fit to many different lifestyles.

Love it so much! 30 minutes workouts are challenging, feel the burn and there are no excuses to make time for 30 min a day for yourself. Feel like I can stick to this long term!!

Ash has done an incredible job putting together an enjoyable challenge where you feel and see results! I’m so grateful to have come across her instagram and learn from her own experiences and health journey with integrity ❤️ I never worked out before this. Never made time for myself (37 yo, a wife and Mum of 2) but I joined and I’m loving this. My husband and kids have noticed the physical but more importantly how much more calmer and happier I am. Absolutely loving the workouts and meal plans provided. I really like how rest days are implemented throughout the workout week rather than weekends only as it gives my body time to recover and I’m able to really enjoy the workouts.

I purchased this product because the creator was sharing information and solutions that were in line with my own education regarding personal training and nutrition. Although I have extensive knowledge in these fields I lack the time to organize a comprehensive plan for myself. I needed someone whose knowledge I could rely on to be true to organize this for me and that is Ash. The way things have been laid out have really suited me. I am an Executive Assistant - decision fatigue and overwhelm are part of my everyday and this program was laid out in a way that made it easy to incorporate into my daily life.

This challenge and app is everything!! I have thoroughly enjoyed all aspects of it and have decided that my favourite workout is the Lower Body Strength workout especially the Lower Body Finisher. It’s so soo good! I also love the Barre workouts, watching a vid is elite! I have enjoyed all the workouts even the really hard ones. I can already feel myself getting stronger which is so satisfying. Thank you.

I’m a few days out from completing the challenge and I’ve really enjoyed it. The workouts have been very challenging at times (in a good way) and I have loved the strength and pilates/barre split. I also love that the challenge is about more than just working out but also implementing healthy habits into everyday life and just overall improving your health and well-being. Yes! the idea of the whole thing is really good, and the work outs are great, hard and enjoyable! But its very boring, that I need to do the same workout on every Monday, Tuesday, etc... I am so disappointed, I honestly thought every week would be something different, so I won't be bored of them. Hope it helps!

I like the program alot - the barre workouts are so intense and pushing me to the limit. The weighted work outs are ok I think, I did not to them much in the past. just glutes and lower body are so similar - maybe a better variation would be nice. The recipes are simple and good - I like this kind of eating and it helps me with keeping my weight off. Over all its grea! Thank you Ash. :)

I’m always wary of core exercises where the neck is potentially not properly supported as it can lead to pain which then ties in with upper back pain. Unfortunately this left me feeling pain in both areas. I much prefer the abs done on the end of the upper body sculpt. That I would happily do at the end of each workout as an option if presented. That particular workout was awesome. I actually felt it in my arms & abs.

Hi Ash! I follow you on instagram and I purchased the ultimate glow challenge (UG), I loved it so much I purchased the Lean Body Reset (TLBR) and to be honest I like much better the Ultimate Glow. I find that is like taking a step back with this challenge, the dynamic and videos of the UG are more varied and challenging, and the routines harder and longer. Even the music is better. I won’t even finish TLBR, but looking forward for more challenges and routines like the UG. Love your content btw and it has helped me so much, love your work.

Pros The barre workouts were really good and challenging and I have noticed my legs are leaner. I liked the structure of workout days and the fact we have the app for life and can reset is really good Cons No timer, can’t connect music, the food plan could be better like daily meals you can log or tick. The videos look very amateur, sound quality is poor, sipping of water is really loud and annoying, background noises etc. Should be somewhere you can log measurements and weekly photo check in would be better. Also habit tracker should be digital in the app. Do you go to the day and can see the workout, meal plan you tick, and hannit tracker.

The app itself its not so user friendly, to start a video you have to look for a tiny start button at the bottom of the workout page and it’s confusing as there’s other play buttons for other features. What frustrated me a little is that it’s the SAME workouts repeated throughout all 4 weeks. Did not like that at all.
