I'm excited to introduce my 6-Week GetFit New Years Challenge! This is something I've worked hard on and I hope you join me.
I have designed this challenge to help you tone up, lose weight, and snatch your waist. It will be tough, but with commitment, determination, and perseverance, I know we can do it!
This can be done from the GYM or AT HOME. All you need is a pair of dumbbells, a yoga mat, and a chair. Depending on your personal fitness level, you can make these workouts easier or harder.
I'll be including demo videos for all exercises directly in our challenge app so you know exactly how to perform all exercises.
We'll also have a private community area where we can all hang out, hold each other accountable, and share photos.

GetFit New Years Challenge
Hi there I’m Bre and welcome to my page. I have been a fitness athlete for over 15 years now strictly focusing on body building. Having had a smaller, dancer body prior to weight lifting— I have transformed into my own body goals. With the techniques I demonstrate in my programs you too can be your own body goals. As a mother of two I understand the need for a timely workout routine. That said all of my workouts can be completed in roughly 45 minutes. I can't wait for you to join my challenges!
