I'm Bri! I'm a mom x2, a certified personal trainer, pre/post-natal certified coach + women's functional health coach! My approach to fitness has changed over the years as I've gone through the ebbs & flows on my personal journey. I'm passionate about helping women build strength + confidence at every stage of life. My evidence-based approach to strength training and body restoration comes from years of specialized training and working with hundreds of women. I believe deeply in the power of communityâwe achieve more together. In my programs, you'll find not just expert guidance, but a supportive sisterhood of women on similar journeys.
