this is where we prepare for birth.

we’re focusing on:

this phase is about working with your body, not against it.

PREP 2.0: HIGH-RISK SUPPORT

for my moms who have been told to slow down—or stop completely.

this program gives you a safe way to:

  • support your core + breath

  • improve circulation + reduce stiffness

  • move with intention, not fear

because even in restriction…

BUILD: SECOND TRIMESTER

this is where we build.

5–6 days of structured training focused on:

  • strength + stability

  • supporting your growing body

  • core control + pelvic floor integration

  • consistency without second guessing

RESTORE: CORE + PELVIC FLOOR (WEEKS 1–8)

this is your foundation.

I'm Bri! I'm a mom x2, a certified personal trainer, pre/post-natal certified coach + women's functional health coach! My approach to fitness has changed over the years as I've gone through the ebbs & flows on my personal journey. I'm passionate about helping women build strength + confidence at every stage of life. My evidence-based approach to strength training and body restoration comes from years of specialized training and working with hundreds of women. I believe deeply in the power of community—we achieve more together. In my programs, you'll find not just expert guidance, but a supportive sisterhood of women on similar journeys.
