I loved doing the challenges with Brittany! It really helps to get into a routine. Before the challenges I would go to the gym and not know exactly what to do, but having the structure of the app and the workouts planned already for me is so helpful. I also was able to track my calories for the first time and finally see a difference in how my body felt after the challenges. Definitely recommend!

Doing these challenges with Brittney has been such a positive experience. She is incredibly supportive throughout the whole challenge and really helped me stay motivated, even on the days I didn’t feel like showing up. One of the biggest things I appreciated was how she took the time to help me actually understand different aspects of fitness/health instead of just telling me what to do. I feel like I’ve learned a lot, especially when it comes to building better habits and improving my overall mindset. She not only helped me physically, but mentally as well, which made a huge difference in staying consistent. I always felt encouraged and never judged.

My journey into fitness started young, driven by sports and a love for being active. But like many, I faced a period where fitness became overwhelming, leading to a challenging mindset around food, excessive cardio, and feeling completely drained. In 2019, I hit my lowest point. That same year I got diagnosed with PCOS, and they put me on birth control, but a year later I took myself off of it from eating the right amount of food and properly fueling my body. I remember vividly how I felt during that time, and and it's a feeling I never want anyone else to experience. Through it all, I discovered the true meaning of balance—that fitness should empower you, not control you. My mission is to guide you away from restrictive mindsets and towards a sustainable, joyful approach to health. My programs are designed to nourish your body with enough food to keep you energized, not depleted. I genuinely care about making an impact, offering the guidance and support I wished I had during my own struggles.
