I've been dancing since I was 3 years old, and from the very beginning, I was absolutely amazed by what the human body could accomplish. That wonder led me to fitness at 14, where I discovered something incredible - strength training in the gym and dance work hand in hand to create something truly powerful. As a professional dancer, I've spent countless hours in the gym building the strength and power that elevates my performance. I've learned that true strength isn't just physical - it's mental, emotional, and spiritual. Whether I'm hitting a new PR in the gym or perfecting a routine on stage, I've always been obsessed with being strong and powerful, and I quickly realized these two passions fuel each other in the most beautiful way. What drives me every single day is witnessing that moment of pure joy when someone achieves something they thought was impossible in the gym - hitting their first pull-up, deadlifting their bodyweight, or simply feeling confident walking into the weight room. We all have so much untapped potential, and I'm here to help you unlock yours through proper strength training. I created Six Weeks Strong because I used to be terrified of lifting weights - I believed the myth that it would make me bulky or too masculine. When I finally pushed past that fear and started training seriously in the gym, I discovered it was exactly that - a myth. Strength training made me feel more confident, more powerful, and more myself than ever before. Now I'm passionate about helping both men and women break through those limiting beliefs and discover just how strong they really are in the gym. Because when you feel strong in your body through proper training, you feel unstoppable in your life.
