I always enjoyed Lifting with Cee on YouTube and was not sure if I needed, or would like the challenge. I thought I preferred following along with Cheryl to keep me on track. I'm finding that after a couple of weeks using the app, I really like it. One of the best things is being able to track the weight I'm using each day and then challenging myself to go up. I've already singed up for the next challenge.

I like joining this group that has a six week health and fitness challenge. The instructor’s demonstration of each exercise is easy for me to follow. I appreciate being able to use the fitness challenge online tools and instructions for as long as I want to use them. The support of the other participants is very helpful and encouraging

Cheryl's challenges have changed my life. Easy to follow workouts that you can track and see your progression. The community is the biggest thing for me. I’ve followed a handful of online trainers since Covid and found Cheryl on YouTube. Her sessions and style of programming peaked my interest; nothing overwhelming, straightforward muscle based workouts with dumbbells; plain and simple . When she moved to the Solin app platform to create 6 wk challenges, I was all in; and I’ve stayed here. Three dumbbells only workouts/week has clearly proven to be the sweet spot for me and many, many others. Cheryl’s program easily fits in to my lifestyle and realizing I don’t have to weight train daily, I don’t have to go to a gym or pay big bucks for a trainer and can adjust the workouts to my schedule….and payoff is muscle on continual build; what more can I ask for.

I have done a few challenges with Cheryl. The workouts are fantastic, and she provides plenty of extra guidance along the way - sometimes it feels like she can read my mind and knows exactly what information I need and when. The group is very positive and uplifting. I do wish there was an easier way to communicate with people on Solin, more like a message board with topics than a huge list of individual posts, it can be overwhelming to keep up.

I like the structure, the instructional videos, and the community. The site makes tracking and accounts not be difficult. I also feel that I received the value for what I paid. Just an overall great experience. I forgot to mention that I appreciate Cheryl responding to emails and sending words of encouragement.

I had followed Cee on You Tube for a couple of years and loved the follow along format so I was hesitant to join the Solin challenge. I am so glad I did! This is my third challenge with Cee and just signed up for the next. I love the format of the workouts, I like tracking my progress and seeing a group of like minded women progress together. The video explanation of each exercise has helped me improve form and gain strength, I thought I had lost. I love to challenge myself with every workout. I highly recommend it!

I had been doing youtube videos, lift with Cee for about 2 years. I wasn't challenging myself so I didn't see a lot of change. But in joining this challenge "Build 2 Burn Blueprint" I have changed my body more in 5 weeks than I did in 2 years! Not only that, but I learned new ways of lifting & I have joined a group of women with similar goals that share what they have learned. Any challenge that Cheryl has going is one you want to jump on! I wasn’t challenging myself enough with lifting or getting enough protein. This is my second challenge with Cee and it’s been a game changer! I’ve tweaked my eating and feeling better in my own skin. You really are stronger than you think! I wouldn’t mind if some of the exercises included a cable or machine option. Just to mix it up! Overall, it’s a great program!

What a great experience! I am 57 and have been looking for a program that tells it like it is without the fluff. I found it! Cheryl makes her programs easy to understand and they challenge me to keep going. I have Hashimitos and at 60 years old I've lost weight and gained muscle. I would highly recommend this program to anyone who is motivated to get healthier and stronger.

I usually do “follow along” workouts - I feel like I basically need a drill instructor to tell me what to do and when to do it, so I was hesitant about this program. I’m also quite introverted and don’t use social media so I wasn’t sure about the community aspect. However I loved the program - easy to understand workouts with videos, go at my own pace so I didn’t feel the need to rush through sets if I wasn’t as fast as the instructor, great tips pretty much daily from Cheryl that really helped, quick answers to questions, and surprisingly really enjoyed the community aspect and the support. And all at a really reasonable price. I’ve already signed up for the next challenge.

I loved this program as it was doable with my busy schedule and easy to progress. I enjoyed almost all the exercises and the community is top notch. The tracking app leaves much too be desired when it drops your workouts. That's super frustrating. I highly recommend this program if you want to see real results.
