Loved everything about this! I have been lifting for years but never a consistent program where I track weights and am intentional about progressive overload. I’ve seen strength gains, and I appreciate how I’m reminded to get my 30 minutes of cardio in daily as well. I only do the workout twice a week bc I train in a gym once/week, but I’ve noticed grip strength/overall gains in the gym (deadlifts, pull-ups etc) that I attribute to this program.

I like the 2 week segments and all exercises except the single leg hip thrust. I could not get into a comfortable position to get good form even without weights. I'd love a substitute. Looking forward to the next challenge.

In the beginning I was skeptical about what else this challenge could possibly improve in my progress. I was already lifting 3x/week, on a carnivore diet — all good. BUT I completely underestimated the power of a supportive community of incredible women. In just four weeks, I’ve achieved progress I never could have dreamed of. I have been following Cheryl for quite a while on YouTube. Her workouts are fantastic. I could really see a change in my body composition. When I saw her on Instagram and saw she was offering a challenge, I decided to give it a try. So glad I did. The information Cheryl provides is incredible. The community support is great. This was one of the best things I have done for myself healthwise! I loved the instructional videos for each exercise, and loved that I could go through each at my own pace.
