First time signing up for a challenge. It’s been great and hard (in a good way) but I love that I can fit it into my day somewhere and I just need to go downstairs. I have found a group of supportive strong women and a few men of all ages with diverse backgrounds and interests. All going well except I’m finding the leg/glute exercises with heavy weights hard on my lower back in which I have arthritis. I usually choose exercises that don’t put too much load on my back so I’m finding that a challenge (lateral lunge and goblet squat do add load to lower back). Also find manoeuvring heavy weights into position to commence an exercise challenging, I.e incline chest press. My chest can handle the heavier weights but getting into position difficult. Guess that’s all part of the process!
