This is my 4th challenge with Cheryl Coulombe. Her challenges are effective and results driven, it really speaks to not solely relying on the scale. I initially started following Cheryl on YouTube a few years back doing her workouts 3-4 days a week and also saw great results but her Solin programs are top tier. Also her community make all the difference as well. Looking forward to more of Cheryl’s programs

Find the logging weight formula somewhat confusing. The 2 examples you have are fine but not sure if I’m logging the other exercises accurately. Can you provide the formula to calculate under each exercise in the app to ensure participants are logging correctly?

I love everything about this program because of the incredible knowledge that Cee shares with us in an approachable and no nonsense way. The community is just amazing. I love that the community members are made up of newbies like me and experienced repeaters who offer so much support and inspiration. Also the Solin responses are excellent. I love the meal plan which provides a perfect introduction to counting macros. There is one area of this platform that I think needs improvement and that is the workout tracking page - where you input your weights and reps. There has been much confusion and many questions about the correct way to input the info. Also, I find that I’m fiddling with my reading glasses and then fiddling with my phone to input my weights in real time. Doing that was really upsetting the flow of my workout. Now I just bring a little notepad with my exercises and jot down my results. I input the data when I get home. Not a big deal! Too bad this part of the app doesn’t flow a bit smoother. Thank you Solin for creating a place to learn, work hard, make friends, stay inspired and get results. Keep up the good work!

Cheryl's programming is top notch. She challenges us to push harder when we need to and teaches us the best way to get results while protecting our joints and preventing injuries. I see muscles building which is very motivating. I am stronger and can keep up with younger family members on long hikes! The YT videos were great but the challenges with the added tracking in the Solin app are next level- fun and visual feedback!

I have been doing Cheryl's challenges for little over a year now. I have gotten stronger and healthier within that time. As you get older you lose muscle gain fat and begin a whole lot of health issues. I have watched so many of my closest friends and family members fall down breaking bones or even pass away from illness's because they simply did not take care of themselves. I have done so many online, apps, the gym and when I found Cheryl everything started working. I can get up easily, no more diabetic range, blood work spot on,feeling stronger. Running up stairs, running to my venue at work. I could tell you I couldn't do any of that a year ago. Very winded and weak. Feeling horrible and tired! Consistency and pushing yourself. Encouraging and staying positive. Eating correctly. Thank you Cheryl for going above and beyond to helping others get healthy and strong.❤️❤️❤️❤️💪💪🙌

If you think you don’t have time to workout sign up for one of Cheryl’s 6 week plans. Make time each day and pretty soon you’ll see the results of your hard work. This program is great- I love the way it’s designed because once I know the move, I can push through the moves pretty efficiently. Cheryl gives great demonstrations for every move and even offers modifications. She’s here to cheer us on because let’s be honest most of us are blocking our own paths forward. 💛 Be strong and stay fit!!!

Love cheryl’s workout so much! This is my 8rh challenge with her and st 66 I have never had results this good!!! Amd the support and her knowledge sharing is amazing ! It is a constant learning curve and the community support is amazing!! the first 2 weeks of this current challenge has all my favorite exercises. I am consistent, do progressive overload, eat at around maintenance to build muscle. 💪🏽 feeling so strong!
