Welcome to Muscle Burns Fat! This 6 week program uses dumbbells only, making it ideal for home or the gym. 

There’s three full body workouts each week, combining compound and isolation exercises to maximize strength gains, muscle growth, and fat burning.

Between working, mom-ing and life-ing, I wouldn’t have time if it took longer than 45 minutes so I’ve used my skills as a certified Personal Trainer and knowledge as an exercise science nerd, to design the BEST GYM PROGRAM busy people can do at home!

Each circuit (combo set) includes four exercises and there’s two circuits in each workout. Move one exercise to the next in each circuit, pausing just long enough to catch your breath and feel ready to move on. Yes, you’ll still build muscle at this pace because the shoulders get a break during your 30 second rest AND while training the back, legs and biceps, for example.

This method of training reduces total workout time and removes the boredom some people experience with traditional straight sets.

Before you start, I want to answer the two most common questions I get about this program:

1. Why just two leg exercises per workout?
Completing all three full body workouts each week provides 18 working sets for legs (24 if following advanced). Exercise science shows that 10-20 sets per week are required for muscle growth. 

2. Three, 45 minute sessions - are you sure it’s enough?
If you feel like you can do MORE, it suggests to me that you need to increase your dumbbell weight. If it doesn’t challenge you, it won’t change you!

I am 67 yr old woman that got tired of looking at my crepey arms in the mirror, stopped wearing anything sleeveless about 2 yrs ago. A pickleball friend of mine shared her before and after photos with our small group. I didn’t think I’d see much of a difference, she’s already in amazing shape and does strength training on a regular basis. I was wrong, if this program improves my arms and strength by just a bit, I’ll be ecstatic! I’ve never stuck to any exercise routine, so getting through the 1st week has felt great. I would highly recommend this program. For anyone who is on the fence because they currently do Cee’s free YouTube videos and think there is no need to pay for a program, you are so wrong. These challenges (I’m on my third) push you to work so hard. Not only does she have the great science backed work outs but in the private group chat you get a lot of nutritional advice as well. The community is so diverse as far as stages of life and abilities. They are uplifting and supportive. Cee is very active in the community. I have had no regrets buying her programs. There is a sea of fitness influencers available online. But the Cee you want is Cheryl! I was hesitant to sign up for her 1st Challenge because it wasn't a follow-along format like I had been doing on her YouTube channel. But I decided to listen to Cee, who is a certified personal trainer, and she said if you wanted to progress your workouts that this was the way to go. I decided I would at least give it a try. This was the level up I needed! Cee challenged me further by encouraging me to steadily increase my dumbell weights and progressively lifting to near failure rather than just a set number of reps. This made all the difference in the quality of my time working out and I am now seeing the results firsthand! I am feeling more confident in my skin and much stronger! I didn't think that was possible for me at 52 years old. I just signed up for her 4th Challenge and I can't wait to get started. Excellent program that is very doable for beginners and advanced alike. I found it helped me tremendously to start lifting weights on my own and to stay consistent. While I didn't see dramatic changes in my body in only 6 weeks, I know that I am becoming stronger and more defined. This workout could be repeated many times. Cheryl designs efficient programs that work all the muscle groups.

I can't say enough good things about these programs! I followed the Lift with Cee YouTube workouts for months and loved them and saw results. After following Cheryl’s YouTube workouts for over a year, I decided to give her 6 week challenge on the Solin app a try. I didn’t think I would like it as much as I did her videos, or that it would make that much of a difference in my progress. But I’m very happy to say I was so wrong!!
